L’habitatge no és un espai immutable, amb el pas dels anys es va adaptant a l’estil de vida els seus integrants. De vegades es tracta de petits canvis, però no deixen de donar informació sobre com som i quin és la nostra relació amb la llar.
Leroy Merlin ha dut a terme un estudi per conèixer la relació que els espanyols tenen amb el seu habitatge ara i fa 25 anys. Per a això han realitzat 2.015 entrevistes a ciutadans de tot el país amb edats compreses entre els 25 i els 74 anys. Els resultats són més que interessants i segur que et sentiràs identificat. 1. La teva casa és per gaudir-la
Lluny han quedat els anys en què ‘llar’ significava l’última parada per als homes, després d’un llarg dia de feina fora, i el lloc de treball en si mateix per a la gran majoria de les dones. Des de fa 25 anys el concepte de ‘llar’ ha evolucionat fins a convertir-se en el lloc on, a més de viure, gaudim de l’oci i el temps lliure. Per aquest motiu la majoria dels enquestats reconeixen prestar més atenció a la decoració (28,5%), la comoditat (25.8%) i la funcionalitat (12.6%) de les seves cases.
Vius en un pis a Mataró? També li dónes importància al fet que la teva casa sigui un lloc per gaudir i no solament per anar a dormir?
2. Satisfets amb els seus habitatges
Segons l’estudi, el 82,3% dels espanyols es mostren satisfets amb les seves llars. És més, la majoria dels enquestats puntuen la seva satisfacció amb una nota mitjana de notable (7,69 sobre 10). Gens malament!
Aquesta satisfacció està directament relacionada amb el fet de tenir l’habitatge en propietat i la seva grandària, mostrant-se menys satisfetes les persones que viuen de lloguer o en pisos petits, perquè no poden decorar la casa al seu gust ni fer grans reunions amb família i amics a casa. 3. La grandària sí que importa i la ubicació, també.
Ja t’ho vam dir a api.cat, que la localització realment importa, i ho demostren enquestes com aquesta: els aspectes millor valorats són la ubicació (33,9%); la lluminositat (23,1%); la grandària (20,1%) i la comoditat de la mateixa (17,3%).
Els aspectes pitjor valorats són la grandària reduïda de l’habitatge (15,7%); els veïns (8,3%); la mala ubicació (7,3%) seguit de la qualitat dels acabats i el manteniment de les instal·lacions (7%).
4. Més interès pels habitatges sostenibles
Sembla que en els últims 25 anys també hi ha hagut un canvi substancial respecte a l’habitatge i el seu impacte en el medi ambient. Un compromís que es tradueix a implementar millores en la climatització i l’aïllament dels habitatges.
Més del 60% dels enquestats afirma disposar de finestres amb doble vidre i sistema de calefacció. Un 32,6% reconeix haver adoptat aquestes mesures de climatització i aïllament per usar menys energia i ser més eficients i el 20,3% simplement per estalviar en la factura de la llum.
Altres mesures: el 75,6% s’ha passat a les bombetes de baix consum; el 74,6% espera al fet que el rentavaixella i la rentadora estiguin plens per engegar-los i el 71,2% ja disposa d’electrodomèstics amb qualificació energètica A, A+ o A++
5. El boom del bricolatge i el Do It Yourself
A api.cat ho sabem molt bé, per això cada setmana et donem fantàstiques idees DIY perquè decoris la teva casa per molt pocs diners. A què ve aquest boom? D’una banda, de la necessitat de personalitzar la teva casa a Tarragona per sentir-la més teva. Per l’altre, l’impacte de la crisi ens ha obligat a esprémer l’enginy i els diners. Per aquest motiu l’estudi revela que a més del 55,2% dels enquestats el bricolatge els agrada molt i que el 54,8% opten per realitzar les reformes o millores de la llar ells mateixos.
